20-year-old Purplebricks LPE jumps ship to Stelios-backed EasyProperty

first_imgEasyProperty has made its latest bid to break into a large city following the appointment of a former Purplebricks agent in Manchester.Chaim Aaron (pictured), 20, who was a Purplebricks LPE for 13 months while studying for his qualifications, is taking on the north Manchester property market as a self-employed agent working via the EasyProperty platform.This will include his home town of Salford but also Middleton, Prestwich, Whitefield, and Crumpsall.EasyProperty is only active in three other major cities – Birmingham, Coventry and Newcastle-upon-Tyne, although all are in very early stages of development. It local representative in Birmingham has just a single property for sale.Listings goalReferring to the 70% commission that EasyProperty agents take from sales fees, he told local media: “If I sell two properties in a month, I will make double what a corporate estate agent would make.” He aimed to have five properties on the market by the end of the 2020.“When I knock on people’s doors and they say ‘you’re only 20?’ I say ‘I’m young and ambitious’.“I’ve grown up on these streets, I know the area, people, this is where I live and where I want to be spreading my name, spreading the light.
